These are absolutely perfect. I love to have one a couple hours before bed. The dose is perfect. I can be productive but also wind down and sleep like a rock. Not much actually helps me sleep, but these sure do! HHC has a very relaxing effect on my mind which (again) is rare for me. I have gotten my entire family hooked on these to either help with evening wind down, or even to take the edge off during the daytime. Thanks again for another awesome product, Urb!
