These are quite effective if you take the right amount. You must determine for yourself how many your own right amount is. For me six is the perfect number of gummies to take at night and that will produce a medium level euphoria with mind/body relaxation for a few hours. I noticed they help me sleep as well so that's an added bonus.
I'm glad I found this company early on before wasting too much money on other brands. These Delta-9 gummies that Urb make are just as good as those sold by other companies but sell for considerably lower prices (for the exact same potency gummies).
