I take these at bedtime, they help me sleep thru the night. Flavor is great 🍏. I did however try one during the day, since I’m low on my gourmet gummies, and I was on a “high”, felt flighty. I don’t care for that feeling when I’m trying to get things accomplished during the day, Soo, they will remain my bedtime gummies, unless I cut it in half..I’ll have to try that. 🌱
