For defective items purchased outside of the Urb website, a replacement may be sent, depending on your state’s restrictions, if a receipt from the original purchase within 21 days is provided along with photos of your defective device. Replacement will not be authorized without a receipt for proof of purchase.
How do I store my cartridge?
Store the cartridge vertically in an upright position.
This will keep the liquid in the correct location to be fed to the heating element.
Keep the terminal (the part that contacts the battery) and threads clean.
During storage or normal use, a small amount of sticky light brown residue can accumulate at the terminal or threads. It can be removed by lightly cleaning the area with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using too much alcohol, the goal is to pick up the residue with the swab’s tip. Multiple passes may be needed – just repeat until no more residue comes off on the swab. Let the alcohol dry completely before using the cartridge.
If residue has built up, or the cartridge hasn’t been used in a while, the ball or valve that regulates the liquid can get stuck. If cleaning won’t allow it to move, you may want to apply light pressure to the valve with a small blunt tipped object like a toothpick. After loosening it, another cleaning may be warranted.
Keep the cartridges out of the light.
A dark space for storage prevents light from degrading the products over time and causing oxidation of the distillate to occur. Opt for a storage space that’s sealed off and dark.
Avoid high temperatures.
High temperatures can also cause distillate to lose potency. Don’t store your cartridges near a heat vent in your home, on a windowsill, in your car’s glove box on a hot day, etc..
What kind of battery should I use?
Our 2.2ml Cartridges are compatible with most “510 Thread” batteries, we recommend purchasing a “stick” battery as some batteries will not fit the width of the 2.2ml cartridges. The width of our 2.2ml cartridges are about 13.69mm.
Batteries are not included with the purchase of cartridges and will need to be purchased separately. Our 510 Clicker Battery is now available for any 1 – 3 gram cartridges.
What is the best voltage to use?
The general range is 3.3-3.8 volts. Some consumers prefer a little lower around 2.7-2.8 volts to use the distillate more slowly and to prevent the distillate from burning. Batteries vary and a best practice would be to start lower and slowly raise the voltage to find the optimal setting.
Why does my cartridge taste burnt?
It’s important to make sure your vape cartridge is fully primed before use in order to prevent burning your coil and creating a bad taste while vaping. The first thing you should do is identify that the 4 intake holes at the base of the cartridge are fully covered by oil. If they aren’t then you will need to wait until they are covered before you attempt to use the cartridge.
If you aren’t getting vapor or if the intake holes aren’t covered you will need to either wait until the holes are covered by storing the cartridge upright and waiting for the oil to fall and saturate the coil. Note this can take over 24 hours due to the thickness of the oil. A way to accelerate the process is by heating the bottom half of the cartridge with a hairdryer or heat gun for 30 seconds or until oil has fully covered the intake holes.
What are the voltage settings for the 510 Clicker Batttery?
- Green is the highest voltage (3.5v)
- Blue is the medium voltage (3.3v)
- Red is the lowest voltage (3.0v)

Flashing Light While Charging: Device is charging
Consistent (non-flashing) Green Light While Plugged In: Device is fully charged

What do the voltage colors on the disposable mean and how do I change it?
There are three different voltage settings with these disposables and this can be changed by pressing the button (3) times.
Green is the highest voltage (3.5v)
Blue is the medium voltage (3.3v)
Red is the lowest voltage (3.0v)
* For best experience, we recommend using only the low temp (red) setting to avoid burning of the coil or further malfunctioning.
What do I do if my disposable is clogged?
For 3ML Disposables:
If you feel a little resistance when trying to take a hit, and it seems like it may be clogged, you can press the button two (2) times and this will preheat the disposable at a 1.8 voltage setting.
Only use the Preheat setting if the device is clogged; pull on the device as it preheats and click the button to stop the preheat once the coil clears.
For 2ML Disposables:
Blow into the charging port, start gently and increase the pressure until you get airflow and see vapor coming out of the mouth piece.
If it still feels clogged after that, carefully heat the disposable up with a hair dryer or heat gun, on the lowest heat setting with the disposable upright (mouthpiece up), for about 10-15 seconds. After heating it up, stand it upright and let it settle for about one minute and then try to take a ‘drag’ off of the disposable, and hopefully that did the trick!
If your device is still not producing vapor, please reach out to our customer service team and they would be happy to help! This will keep the liquid in the correct location to be fed to the heating element and avoid any leaking from the mouthpiece.
Keep the disposable out of the light:
A dark space for storage prevents light from degrading the products over time and causing oxidation of the distillate to occur. Opt for a storage space that’s sealed off and dark.

Can you refill a disposable?
Unfortunately, our disposable devices cannot be refilled.
For your own safety, please do not try to open the device, as it is meant to be a single-use experience.
How can I tell if my 2ml disposable is empty?

How should I store my edibles?
Proper storage of Urb products is important. It can limit exposure to environmental factors that cause these products to degrade more quickly. It’s pretty simple, too.
To make your Urb edibles last as long as possible, you should:
Limit exposure to humidity.
Keep your Urb products in a dry place. A drawer or cabinet can work especially well because it also helps to address our next point.
Keep them out of the light.
A dark space for storage prevents light from degrading the products over time. Opt for a storage space that’s sealed off and dark.
Avoid high temperatures.
High temperatures can also cause the edibles to lose potency. Don’t store your edibles near a heat vent in your home, on a windowsill, or in your car’s glove box on a hot day. Optimal storage is in a refrigerator, but storage in a room temperature area is fine otherwise.
Only open products when you’re ready to use them.
If you tend to make an occasional large purchase, it is recommended to resist the temptation to sample everything when it arrives. Work your way through a package of gummies, chocolate, etc. before moving on to the next product or flavor.
How do I take edibles?
All of our edible products come with serving size instructions. Follow the serving size instructions and remember to go slow. Edibles kick in slowly, but will last long so don’t take too many to start!
In most cases, edibles will begin kicking in about 30 minutes. However, depending on the individual, it may take up to several hours for the edible to break down and release the cannabinoids.
How do I use flower?
There are many ways you can use flower including; smoking it, cooking with it, and much more!
How should I store my flower?
Hemp flower works best when it’s fresh, so you’ll want to store your nugs properly to extend their shelf life and experience the potency and flavors at their best stage.
It is not recommended to keep your flower in the fridge or freezer. By keeping in the freezer or fridge you might be exposing your buds to different temperatures and terpenes leave the buds every time you open the jar or container. Unless you live in a place that is really hot during the summer or you have no other place to store it, It’s recommended to skip the fridge or freezer entirely.
Urb’s 7G Caviar Flower comes in air-tight glass jars accompanied by a 2-way hydration pack which helps assist with humidity control and helps prevent the buds from losing their potency or flavors. Dark, cool places are the best to prevent too much exposure from light, moisture, or changes in temperature. Avoid sunlight, heat and excessive exposure to air.
Does Urb offer international shipping?
Due to the nature of our products, Lifted Made only ships our products within the United States.
* Unfortunately, this excludes other U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
Are Urb products legal?
Yes! Urb products are federally protected under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain <0.3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight scale.
“Dry weight” is the measurement of an object’s mass when completely dried. In other words, when laboratories remove all the “water” from a hemp plant, they calculate the Delta-9 percentage based on the remaining dry weight. If the number remains below 0.3%, the plant is compliant.
What is a full panel COA?
It’s a third-party lab report that not only reveals the cannabinoid content of the product but it also has results for any contaminants such as solvents, pesticides, and heavy metals.
This is probably the most important factor when purchasing hemp-derived THC products. Urb posts full-panel COAs for every product we manufacture and sell, as we fully stand behind our product and its efficacy and what we portray the product to contain. We advise caution against buying any products that do not have a full-panel COA from a third-party lab posted.
Will Urb products cause a positive drug test result?
We advise that the use of our products may result in a positive drug test result.
Hemp-derived products are so chemically and structurally similar to Cannabis products, when the test is done, it will show you consumed cannabis without classifying if it was hemp-derived or cannabis-derived. Urb does not manufacture or sell any cannabis derived products.
Where does Urb get their hemp flower from?
Here is an insider scoop on Urb’s Oregon hemp farm: While our farm is not officially organic, it is organically grown with absolutely no pesticides or chemicals involved.
We call it “sun grown” which means outdoor harvested (unless specified that it is indoor grown) and cured to perfection with no pesticides or chemicals involved. Every one of our plants is harvested by hand and with care. After harvest, the flower is taken straight from the farms to our packaging facilities, ensuring that our bud stays as fresh as possible.
How old do you have to be to order Urb products?

Should I choose Sativa, Hybrid, or Indica strains?
Choosing the best strain for you depends on a few key factors.
The first is what you want to use it for. If you’re looking for something to help you relax and sleep, an indica-dominant strain would be a better choice. If you want something to help, you stay focused and energized, a sativa-dominant strain would be better.
The second factor is your tolerance level. If you’re a new hemp user or if you have low tolerance, sativa strains will probably be too intense for you. Indica strains are more mellow, so they might be a better choice.
Sativa
Sativas are also known for their uplifting and energizing effects, making them popular for daytime use. Sativa strains are known for their energizing and uplifting effects and are often used to treat depression and fatigue. Sativas are known to provide a cerebral effect that can be uplifting and motivating, making them perfect for daytime use. Additionally, Sativas tend to have higher levels of THC, which can produce more powerful effects.
Hybrid
Hybrids are a combination of both Indica and Sativa strains and can provide a balance of both effects. The main benefit of hybrid strains is that they offer a more balanced “high” than pure Indica or Sativa strains. This is because Hybrid strains contain the best of both worlds—the body-relaxing effects of Indica strains and the head-clearing effects of Sativa strains. Hybrid strains are also more versatile than pure Indica or Sativa strains, making them a good choice for people who want to be able to smoke throughout the day without feeling too sedated or too energetic.
Indica
Indicas are known for their relaxing and soothing effects, making them a popular choice for evening or nighttime use. Indica strains are known for their sedative effects and are often used by consumers to treat pain, anxiety, and insomnia. Indica strains are perfect for relaxation and sleep. If you’re looking to relax and unwind after a long day, an Indica strain is your best bet.
How do I avoid coughing fits after hitting my disposable/cartridge?
Inhaling any foreign substance (smoke, dust, vapors) irritates the lungs. The act of coughing is your body’s way of expelling that irritant. So if you want to suppress the cough reflex, you need to minimize the irritation—luckily, there are a few simple ways to do just that. Most uncontrollable coughing fits can be avoided with these few simple tips on how to properly hit your disposable to reduce the irritation to your lungs-
1) Inhale into your mouth– not your lungs
The first step is to take shallower, shorter hits. Instead of inhaling deeply into your lungs—as many experienced smokers who make the switch to vaping do—take small sips of vapor into your mouth. Then, after breathing it out to create that cool, smoky effect, you can slowly inhale the rest. This method requires a little more patience than deep lung hits, but slowing down your breath will lessen irritation and save you from coughing fits.
2) Take shallower, shorter hits
A lot of times, coughing is just a result of not yet finding the right balance of heat. Higher heat produces a thicker smoke that’s more likely to irritate your throat.
3) Only use the device on the lowest voltage setting (Red Setting)
A lot of times, coughing is just a result of not yet finding the right balance of heat. Higher heat produces a thicker smoke that’s more likely to irritate your throat and can burn the coil, thus resulting in even harsher hits.
4) Drink more water
Vaping can cause dehydration, which can lead to a whole host of problems, including a hacking cough. So if you’re an active vape user, make sure you’re getting plenty of water throughout the day. Aim for at least four to six cups a day, or more, if you can swing it.
Remember that everybody is different. If vaping isn’t working for you, try switching it up! We offer plenty of alternatives to inhalable devices including gummies, chocolates, cookies, and lozenges!
