I wish I had read the latest reviews before purchasing again. I’ve ordered from this company previously and got the product within a week but something has gone wrong with this new way of doin business. I ordered on 12/8 and the only update I’m seeing is a label has been create. I’ve called and left numerous messages plus emailed but no response updating me on the status. Don’t look like will be ordering from them again

Yesterday I wrote a review stating how terrible this company is. I am writing this to amend it. The CEO reached out to me to apologize and shortly afterwards customer service reached out to explain, they are swamped due to the holidays/sales and the shipping discrepancies are due to the USPS and not them. They also made every effort to make everything right. I am pleased with the customer service outreach and the explanation, therefore please ignore yesterday's rant (I don't see a way to erase the review) and give them a try. Even in my negative review, I did state THE PRODUCTS ARE EXCELLENT!

What has happened to this company?? They sent to wrong product! I am very disappointed and sad. When I first started ordering from them I could talk to someone if there was a problem. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone😢 This company has great products but don’t try to buy if they are having a sale because you might not get what you pay for. I ordered the 5000MG but I received 350MG that is a HUGE DIFFERENCE!! I am on a very small income, all I want is what I paid for🥺

...and I have to say I'm a little disappointed. I placed an order a week ago and it's still not in transit. I feel like I paid for Priority Mail for nothing. I guess it will eventually get here but I will likely not be purchasing through this company again.

I ALWAYS GET THE DELTA 8/9 GUMMIES THAT I LOVE...I ALWAYS GET THE RUBY GRAPE FRUIT. THE FIRST TIME I TRY ANOTHER FLAVOR...MY ORDER IS INCORRECT...I ORDERED TWO BOTTLES...ONE OF THE BOTTLES WAS WRONG BUT IT WAS WAY PAST 10 DAYS SO I HAD TO TAKE THAT ON THE CHIN...
I JUST ORDERED 2 MORE....IM JUST SAYING I HOPE I GET WHATS ON MY ORDER SLIP....THOSE GUMMIES ARE SO NICE I DONT EVEN SHOP FOR EDIBLES ANYMORE....GOOD JOB GUYS & GALS..

Never had any issues til now. I ordered a cart and was sent a disposable instead. Which is ok I guess since it has more in it but I don't like disposables since they tend to leak at the top. I'm still pretty upset about it. Other then that I've never had any issues with them. Always quick on the orders and usually accurate.

everything ordered from this site has been great. the product descriptions are helpful when picking out what I need. The quality of the gummies are significantly better than other brands I've tried.

I have been taking URB vegan edibles for a year now for my neuropathy pain in my hands. It has been the best alternative to my Gabapentin and other meds. It has been a long time dealing with this pain. I only take 1 square a day. FYI!! They are very strong. I order the THCA Live Sugar Gummies 5000MG

I take these to help me sleep and they work amazingly. I live in MN so I can only order the Delta 9 but at least I can get them. I have fibromyalgia and my pain level has decreased. I highly recommend them. Beats the over-the-counter meds. GN

These are quite effective if you take the right amount. You must determine for yourself how many your own right amount is. For me six is the perfect number of gummies to take at night and that will produce a medium level euphoria with mind/body relaxation for a few hours. I noticed they help me sleep as well so that's an added bonus.

I'm glad I found this company early on before wasting too much money on other brands. These Delta-9 gummies that Urb make are just as good as those sold by other companies but sell for considerably lower prices (for the exact same potency gummies). I'm not sure why other companies charge such jacked up prices for gummies but it's great to see that Urb doesn't do that, so I will be sticking with Urb to buy more gummies in the future.

Having heard glowing feedback from reliable friends, I placed my first order. At first my experience was just as excellent as I expected. Then I had a problem that I didn’t understand and couldn’t fix… so I reached out to their Customer Service. The response I got was thorough, professional, and helpful. They even gave me a store credit. As a company I don’t think I could have asked for anything better. Thank you URB!

Their products sell themselves, you just have to give it a try. I love everything I get. Their customer service is one of the best I've experienced in my 38 years of living. Prompt, professional, polite, go above and beyond! If you're thinking about ordering go ahead you won't be disappointed.

The people at lifted made - urb are 110% committed to the needs of their customers. My wife and I have been using urb products for a couple of months now and are managing our anxiety issues with the gummies and they have helped us pretty much get off the prescription medications that did nothing after our tolerance was up. Thc products are life savers for some people.

Best products I’ve tried. Better than erth wellness and they are superb. I’d say URB is a tad better because you get more value and the product is the same purity as erth wellness and cheaper. They both are 3rd party tested and have clean ingredients. The products help me so much with my hand pain. I cut my hand open in an accident and had 2 surgery’s on it and it leaves my hand feeling stiff and weird but sometimes painful. The products I order also help with my sleep and help me get a good nights sleep. (Indica and hybrid). If you’re hesitant to try these products don’t be. Go slow and just be yourself. They are legal in most states and they really do help people.

I've been a reoccurng customer and recently I had an issue with my order where I received a different product from what I ordered. While frustrated initially, those feelings quickly faded due to Lifted Made's prompt and excellent customer service! They responded to my issue almost immediately with my replacement products arriving within 2 days! Very impressed and glad they put their best foot forward when ensuring customer satisfaction!
