These gummy‘s are amazing! It’s not only very effective but they taste amazing. The watermelon and sour apple flavors were spot on. It says to quarter the 25 mg piece. I just eat a whole one. It relaxes me completely relaxed to the point I forget about all my worries. They’re also great for helping me sleep at night. I would definitely recommend these gummy’s. I’m going to be trying every flavor of this particular brand of gummy’s from urb//liftedmade and reviewing each one.
