Highly recommend. New to this product. Perfect for the end of the day after a high stress job. Lets me relax, feel things a little deeper, have deeper thoughts. Gives me a bit of the giggles too. All around a great feeling. I like taking two but spacing them maybe 5-6 hours apart so the high lasts longer without falling asleep right away. I think 10mg is perfect.
