Recently, I contacted URB due to a missing order that showed it was delivered. Checked with all sources of delivery and turns out it was stolen. URB apologized, even though it wasn’t their fault and are sending me a replacement order. This is customer service you don’t see anymore. Definitely over and above. repeat customer for life.
I have gotten a couple orders and I really like what I have been getting. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you
I love urb products but the take off sky bites flavor is so cloying and terrible. It’s also really difficult to get top off packaging. Will not buy again. Couldn’t even get this one off w screwdriver.
I literally can't sleep without them they have given me the right amount of calming that I needed to get to sleep and stay asleep definitely ordering again.
A friend introduced us to URB a couple of years ago. Now we take one each night and our sleep has never been better. It's the ONLY gummy we will use.
