I have been buying herb products for a good while now and have never been disappointed. I have tried numerous Vapes, joints and lots of gummies!! I have a very high tolerance but have never been disappointed by any of their products. Some of the newer products are extremely powerful even for me so you must be careful and read your labels LOL The customer service is wonderful and has always taken care of things if there was an issue such as receiving the wrong product. I have gotten many friends to try their products now. I live in Texas where the real thing is illegal and in all honesty some of the products at URB are much stronger than what you can get even in the legal THC shops in other States. Recently, I contacted URB due to a missing order that showed it was delivered. Checked with all sources of delivery and turns out it was stolen. URB apologized, even though it wasn’t their fault and are sending me a replacement order. This is customer service you don’t see anymore. Definitely over and above. repeat customer for life.
