I take these for my anxiety and bipolar attacks as well as hot sauce for a physiological aid during panic attacks. FYI.

I use about 300mg a day( 1 1/2 gummy)

I get the strawberry shortcake flavor. The blue berry is too sour.

No other gummy on the market has come close to how effective this one is. When I KNOW I need to deactivate my mind ONE gummy does it.

I'm 6'2 277lbs with a severe aggression problem and when I tell you these little guys KEEP ME SANE I swear I would will and always drive to the end of the US border just to pick these up if that's what I needed to do. GOD bless y'all really.

TLDR; BE CAREFUL WITH THESE.

I got these as a gift and i absolutely love them. the one downside is the taste, but i think that's pretty miniscule compared to the trip i get. 10/10, love it so much!!
