Battery Not Charging

When charging, ensure you are using the correct USB-C charging cable (not included).

Device Not Producing Vapor

First, ensure the device is fully charged. If the issue persists, attempt the clogging tips below.

Device is Clogged

• 1.5ML, 3ML, 4ML, and 6ML Disposables: If resistance is felt during a hit, indicating a possible clog, press the button twice to activate preheat at a 1.8 voltage setting. Pull on the device during preheat without activating the battery, and stop the preheat once the coil clears. **Note: Only use preheat when the device is clogged.
• Preheating should be done the absolute minimum amount possible. A couple seconds and you should be good to go. Sometimes you only need to preheat the initial hit of the disposable to allow the oil to saturate the coil but after that the oil should fill into the coil behind itself and resaturate it after every hit.

Device Overheating

Discontinue use immediately. Let the device cool down before attempting to use it again. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team.

Strange Taste or Burnt Flavor

• This could be a sign of a depleted or burnt-out coil. Ensure the device is adequately charged and stored properly, and if the issue persists, consider replacing the disposable.

Tips to Prevent a Strange Taste or Burnt Flavor

• No Back-to-Back Puffs: Even on the lowest voltage setting, it's recommended to take light hits and avoid taking hits back-to-back. This is crucial because excessive, consecutive hits can cause the coil to overheat, potentially leading to oil shooting out of the mouthpiece.
• Use the lowest voltage setting: Opt for the lowest voltage setting (on the battery) when using the device. This can prevent the coil from burning and the oil from moving excessively.

Inconsistent Battery Life

Check for any debris or foreign material around the battery connection points. Clean the contacts with a dry cotton swab. If the issue continues, it may be time to replace the disposable.

Teal Urb 3ML:

All of our devices come charged but can be recharged using a “USB-C” charging cord. 

This device fully charges in about 3-4 Hours depending on the battery level. 

Charging cords are not included with the purchase of disposable and will need to be purchased separately. Unfortunately, Lifted Made does not have charging cords available for purchase on our website however; cords can be purchased at most gas stations, retail stores, and even online! 

Our products are entirely free of harmful fillers such as Vitamin E Acetate, PG, VG.

There are also a few things you can do to ensure the vape lasts as long as possible – and here are a few suggestions.

• Keep your vape properly cleaned and maintained: Regularly clean and maintain your vape to optimize efficiency. Accumulated residue and dirt can decrease performance, leading to quicker depletion of vape juice and more frequent cartridge replacements, ultimately costing you more in the long run.
• Use the lowest voltage setting: Use the lowest voltage setting on your battery to prevent coil burning and excessive oil consumption.
• Take smooth, gentle puffs: Vape with smooth, gentle puffs to maximize the amount of vape juice inhaled while minimizing waste. Avoid puffing too hard or too quickly, as this can lead to inefficient vaporization and potential clogging. Instead of inhaling deeply into your lungs, take small sips of vapor into your mouth. Then, after breathing it out to create that cool, smoky effect, you can slowly inhale the rest. This method requires a little more patience than deep lung hits, but slowing down your breath will lessen irritation and save you from coughing fits.
• Store your vape properly: Store your vape upright to minimize leakage and ensure that distillate collects at the bottom of the cartridge near the heating element, reducing waste. Keep your vape in a cool, dry environment to prevent evaporation or degradation of the juice. Avoid storing it in overly hot or cold conditions, as extreme temperatures can affect the viscosity of the juice and the performance of the battery.

Implementing these practices will not only extend the lifespan of your vape but also enhance your vaping experience.

Once a disposable device is removed from its packaging, it’s not possible to determine the specific strain, flavor, or blend, as we use various distillate blends across the same type of disposables and cartridges.

For future reference, we recommend labeling your disposables or cartridges with a permanent marker as soon as you open them. To prevent smudging, cover the labeled area with clear tape—this makes it easier to identify and keep track of your devices.

Coughing is your body's way of expelling irritants, and luckily there are ways to minimize it:

1) Take shallower, shorter hits:

Inhale gently and take short hits (around 3 seconds) to prevent clogging and irritation. Fast, deep hits can pull distillate into the chamber, causing blockages and harsher throat hits.

2) Inhale into your mouth, not your lungs:

Instead of deep lung hits, draw vapor into your mouth first, then slowly inhale or exhale. This reduces throat irritation and coughing.

3) Only use the device on the recommended voltage setting:

High heat can burn the concentrate, causing harsh hits and throat irritation. Stick to the recommended voltage (Low 3.0V) for smoother hits. 

4) Stay Hydrated: 

Vaping can dry out your mouth and throat (aka "cottonmouth"). Chewing sour candy or drinking water can help increase saliva and prevent coughing.

• Adjust Settings (if applicable): Some batteries have adjustable settings. If needed, adjust the voltage or temperature settings based on your preference. For the best experience, we recommend using only the lowest voltage setting to avoid burning of the coil or further malfunctioning. 
• Inhale Gently: Once your cartridge is securely attached, take a slow and gentle inhale while holding the button on your battery down. 
• Monitor Usage: Keep an eye on the remaining product in your cartridge. When it’s running low, it’s time to consider a replacement.

• During storage or normal use, a small amount of sticky light brown residue can accumulate at the terminal or threads. It can be removed by lightly cleaning the area with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using too much alcohol, the goal is to pick up the residue with the swab’s tip. This may need to be repeated several times, but repeat until no more residue comes off on the swab. Let the alcohol dry completely before using the cartridge. 

Adjust the Battery Settings: 

• If your battery has adjustable voltage settings, try lowering or increasing the power to find the optimal setting for your cartridge.

Warm the Cartridge: 

• Gently warming the cartridge can sometimes help unclog it. Use your device’s pre-heating setting (if applicable) or hold the cartridge in your hands for a few minutes. 

Clear the Airflow Path: 

• Use a paperclip or a similar tool to clear the airflow path. Insert it carefully into the mouthpiece end and gently wiggle it to remove any blockages.

Prime the Cartridge: 

• Take a few short inhales without activating the battery. This can help create suction and draw out any clogs.

If residue has built up, or the cartridge hasn’t been used in a while, the ball or valve that regulates the liquid can get stuck. If cleaning won’t allow it to move, you may want to apply light pressure to the valve with a small blunt tipped object like a toothpick. After loosening it, another cleaning may be warranted. 

By following proper storage practices, you extend the overall shelf life of your cartridge, allowing you to enjoy its benefits for a more extended period. Our 2.2ml Cartridges are compatible with most “510 Thread” batteries, we recommend purchasing a “stick” battery as some batteries will not fit the width of the 2.2ml cartridges. The width of our 2.2ml cartridges are about 13.69mm. 

Batteries are not included with the purchase of cartridges and will need to be purchased separately. Our 510 Clicker Battery is now available for any 1 – 3 gram cartridges.

The general range is 3.3-3.8 volts. Some consumers prefer a little lower around 2.7-2.8 volts to use the distillate more slowly and to prevent the distillate from burning.
