Battery Not Charging
When charging, ensure you are using the correct USB-C charging cable (not included).
Device Not Producing Vapor
First, ensure the device is fully charged. If the issue persists, attempt the de-clogging tips below.
Device is Clogged
- 1.5ML Disposables: Blow into the charging port gradually, increasing pressure until airflow and vapor are visible from the mouthpiece.If still clogged, use a hair dryer or heat gun on the lowest heat setting for 10-15 seconds with the disposable upright. After heating, wait one minute, then try vaping.
- 3ML Disposables: If resistance is felt during a hit, indicating a possible clog, press the button twice to activate preheat at the 1.8 volt setting. Pull on the device during preheat without activating the battery, and stop the preheat once the coil clears. **Note: Only use preheat when the device is clogged.
Device Overheating
Discontinue use immediately. Let the device cool down before attempting to use it again. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team.
Strange Taste or Burnt Flavor
This could be a sign of a depleted or burnt-out coil. Ensure the device is adequately charged and stored properly, and if the issue persists, consider replacing the disposable.
Inconsistent Battery Life
Check for any debris or foreign material around the battery connection points. Clean the contacts with a dry cotton swab. If the issue continues, it may be time to replace the disposable.
