These gummies work great for me unless I have something on my mind that is bothering me. I’m so glad to be off of Ambien and Xanax. This takes the place of both.

Fall asleep but don't stay asleep.

I've ordered a few times so I clearly like it better than anything else so far. Take around 8pm...asleep by 10pm...awake by 3-4 am. I was taking Diphenhydramine which works better but is SO bad for you. I didn't see it has melatonin which is bad for you because it stop your body from producing it's own melatonin. I'm still searching for something melatonin free that makes me sleep at least 6-7 hrs.
